What is a Kami Domain?

A Kami Domain is not a title deed or land claim. It is a spiritual acknowledgement. It means that a piece of land has developed (or always been home to) a Kami presence strong enough to be known, interacted with, and cared for. Domains may be wild or cultivated, sacred or wounded. Their shape and size are not defined by fences but by energetic thresholds. Some domains can be thousands of square kilometres. Territories often overlap if a resonance or energetic wellspring is strong enough to sustain multiple.

To register a Kami Domain is to publicly declare;

That this place is spiritually active
That you/ we/ others are aware of its living presence
That you are taking responsibility for maintaining balance with it

Entry is restricted to those carrying a valid visitation permit.

Acknowledge the only acceptable allowance for NOT having a permit will be SAS, Ambulance and Fire related personnel during an emergency. NOTE: Police are required to gain AT LEAST verbal permission prior to entry.

Acknowledge that you are NOT COVERED by the Property’s Insurance Policy; as a WORKING FARM there is dangerous machinery in active use, harmful chemicals possibly in use and stranger-protective livestock/ animals on site (bulls, rams, horses, dogs etc).

Acknowledge that you recognise that this is a WORKING FARM. You will respect animals, crops and Facilities of the farm. As these hold direct relationship with the farm business you accept responsibility for damages and harm caused at a financial level.

Penalty to each PERSON caught on the property without a Visitation Permit shall be $15,000. Onus is upon the MEDIUM, not the DEAD they represent (on you not your employer). Those found on premisis without a permit will be required to leave immediately under penalty of tresspass.
